Okay....2 weeks too hard getting back into running. Both of my thighs are SHOT.
I tried to cut down, but that's not helping. I don't want to stop unless I have to, because then they just hurt like hell for days & I'll fall out of my routine.
I'm thinking bike, but they are seriously SHOT-I can barely go up or down 10 stairs.
